Representing Buyers
For me, working with buyers is the most satisfying part being a Realtor. A home is large financial and emotional investment, and I care as much as you do that the house we find is the right one.

Along with helping you find the best house possible, it's also important to me that buying it is the best experience possible for you.

Individual Attention
No two homes are alike, nor are any two buyers. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all approach for real estate service.

A house is many things to many people. To a designer, its concepts and lines on a paper. To a carpenter, it's a cleverly arranged pile of lumber. To a painter, its different surfaces and colors. To home buyers, its a stage upon which they will live their life into the future. Your house will be something unique to you. My job is to help you find that unique something.

Vision to Reality
My goal is to help buyers to turn their list of the features they want in a home into a purchase of the home that will meet their needs for both now and the future. I start by asking buyers to give me their details, their shopping list of what they want it a house.

Next, I ask them to envision for me their perfect house, as if cost were no object. What it looks like, where it is, how it works, how it sounds, even smells. In other words, I want to know what their perfect house does for them. Sometimes I have to warn them that we probably won't find that perfect house in their budget. As we look at homes, the vision gets refined as we see examples of what's possible. It's always surprising how many of those “perfect home” details are in the home they end up buying!

The Nuts and Bolts
Maybe boards and nails would be a better metaphor, but I'm talking about the less glamorous parts of home buying that are less visible, but just as important.

The biggest one is financing. Mortgage lending gets more complex every day. My job is to make it as easy as possible to find the right financing for you and your home and to connect you with the best people in the industry to make it happen as easily and economically as possible. I recommend you shop around to find the best fit, and am glad to tell you how to do it.

Another very important part of buying...and my favorite part....is the negotiation process. In almost 20 years, I have found that there are seemingly infinite ways to put a real estate transaction together that allows us to meet your needs in a big way. As my clients, you get the benefit of that experience.

The same is true for the other players in the purchase process: home inspectors, contractors, title, escrow officers, etc. I take pride in providing names of the best professionals in the industry for your selection.

If you feel I can be helpful to you in your search and purchase of your dream, I would be happy to meet with you and get started! You can reach me by phone at 206-713-2921, or you can use the contact form below.

Dear Greg,

Jeff and I want to thank you for all your efforts in helping us find our first home! Like we said after signing, through this whole process, you have been our security blanket, in a sense, by helping iron issues out and really taking care of us.

Even though we didn't buy a million dollar home, the service you gave us felt as though we were! We feel really lucky that Rosemary referred us to you and when we get the chance, we'll be sure to refer any home buyer your way as well!

Sincerely, Jeff H. and Sallie M.
