On behalf of myself and my four siblings, thank you so much for all the extra help and good advice you provided in selling our late father’s house. The large home contained 60 years worth of goods and memorabilia. We were somewhat overwhelmed by having to deal with it all right after losing our dad.
Unlike the other realtors we interviewed, you came to us with a very comprehensive plan to market the house and had already done the work of comparing similar sales in the area. This put us ahead of the game immediately.
Your help in disposing of some of the leftovers after the estate sale was especially welcome. We had never heard of a real estate agent doing so much! Your recommendations for professional inspectors, help to make some needed repairs to the house, and a contractor to refinish the maple floors were also excellent. The hardwood floors were really spectacular when refinished.

We are living in Poland and I contacted you in March.We didn't know what we wanted. We were trying to find 1) a place to come back to for holidays and medical emergencies; 2) a home where our children could go to private schools in Seattle, should we come back in the next 2-3 years; 3) a place we could leave for months at a time; 4) a possible place of retirement. In short, we wanted a big place, a little place, an inexpensive place, and one in the city. All of which were more or less, different houses.

We decided on one and were pretty happy, but here is what people need to hear about you. In spite of our decision, you said you wanted to show us one more house that had just come on the market. It was less expensive than the one we were going to buy, but maybe more suited to our needs.
That really impressed us, Greg! I am sure your commission must be linked to the sale price, but you put our needs first! You did a great job, Greg, and we bought a house that we love! We would recommend you to anyone looking for a house in Seattle.
